Q: Where are you located
A: 3 miles from Jordan MN, and 4 miles off U.S. Hwy 169. Our address is
3101 W 220th St., Jordan MN 55352. Do not use Apple Maps unless you are using the latest version! Old versions of Apple Maps will take you to the wrong location. A link to our map is available on the navigation bar to the left.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We require appropriate, modest attire; shoes must be closed-toed; and no belly rings or loose jewelry, especially earrings that can be caught in the equipment. We suggest you pack a change of clothes to be prepared for possible changes in the weather. Bring an extra layer.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: 5-15 minutes early. Please don't arrive more than 20 minutes early. You can also check routes on map to left, and MN DOT closures and updates.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We suggest bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, bottled water, a bag lunch or snack if needed.
Q: Is there an age requirement for participating on the course?
A: The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. No one under 8 years old is allowed on course without prior arrangement. The course may be dangerous for small children and includes areas of dangerous cliff edges.
Q: Is there a weight requirement or restriction for participants?
A: For the zip line and high ropes elements, there is a minimum weight of 70 lbs. and a maximum of 250 lbs.
Q: What is your policy in regards to inclement weather?
A: We will operate rain or shine. However, the course may close due to lightning or severe weather. We will reschedule your event at a later date. The rescheduled date must be within 6 months of the cancellation date.
Q: How long does the zip tour take?
A: For a small group, the 3 zip tour takes a little under an hour, with the 6 zip tour taking about an hour.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A 48 hour notice is required to cancel reservations of less than 10 people. We will work with you to reschedule your event, or refund 50% of your full payment. Cancellations Under 48 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the payment with No Refunds. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.

7 day cancellation notice required before your event date.
Outside of 7 days we will work to reschedule, or refund any deposits minus a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations Within 7 days result in forfeiture of all payments or deposits, No refunds.
You are responsible to provide us with a Final participant count and
50% deposit at least 7 days prior to your event. If your group arrives with fewer participants than the provided final count, you will be charged for the original number of participants expected. If your group adds participants, you will be charged extra.
Events scheduled within 7 days of the event date, participant numbers are final. You will be charged for the reserved number, plus any extra participants you bring. No refunds. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.
